The Firm primarily specializes in commercial and corporate law, banking and financial services law and mining, energy and infrastructure law. The Firm’s founding partners, from their years spent in private practice and in the corporate world, collectively have more than 50 years’ experience in the provision of commercial and corporate legal services.
